Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jeremy is a Managing Partner at Palm Peak Capital, serves on its Investment & Executive Committee, and has been engaged in private equity and corporate finance for 20 years.  Prior to founding Palm Peak in 2024, Jeremy was a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Sun Capital Partners leading the North American industrial sector investment team. 

During his time at Sun Capital, Jeremy worked on dozens of transactions, across multiple industrial sub-verticals including industrial technology, chemicals, packaging, building materials, and distribution.  Representative investments include American Standard, Architectural Surfaces Group, Arrow TruLine, Coveris Americas, Calcium Products, Demilec, Emerald Performance Materials, Kovalus Separation Solutions, Sonneborn, Stake Center, among others.

Prior to joining Sun Capital, Jeremy worked for Duff & Phelps in Chicago, IL on investment banking and related advisory services and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  Jeremy currently resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife, two kids, and a dog, but remains loyal to his hometown New England sports teams.
